Excuse me. A tie is not a win. Neither is a moral victory. Like kissing your sister. Maybe the 21-21 tie was a salve from the 31-21 loss the previous year to Jimmy Jones, Clarence Davis and company.

No no. They totally won. At least thats how I like to view it. You’re free to see it any way you want. As far as USC beating NU last time… that was just a bad dream. Now that Cosgrove is gone, we can wake up from it.
Huskers beat USC 21-21? I hate to break it to you but the game ended up tied 21 all. Nebraska has never beaten SC in 4 tries and got mauled last year in their latest attempt.
